Well every time i've seen it it's looked nothing like that (it's white/silver with neon lights down the side for a start).

For me personally, these are the ugliest buildings I have ever seen in the UK. Its a good job that pic isnt all of the city centre highrises in view, and most of the high rises are actually in another part of the city, somewhere else
