Station "Park Pobedy" is located at the depth 84 metres, the total lenght of escalator is 126 m. And you right, its vestibule at a lower depth, there is one more small escalator in the intermediate hall.

By the way, the deepest station in St.-Peterburg is "Proletarskaya" (1981, depth - 72 metres), but this is only one station in St.-Peterburg with two escalator halls like at the stations "Arsenalnaya" in Kiev and "Park Pobedy" in Moscow.
