june 2010 is the completion date, as for the resale price I wasn't able to find information, maybe you can contact the developer (website link is posted)

I found it 600 ft2. it that ok for investment? I can find some starting at 450.....

if you have an extra money of course is good choice but if it one shot u have to be Patient !


P.S all new projects at ajman all of them city by city if they completed by 2010 IF i say IF they need to wait elso the electricity to completed 1st i really don't see any binift to wait all this time ! the choice in your'e hand now . (from my point )

That's why you see prices so cheap ! ajman right now looks like dubai at 2004 without any infrastructure .

So the marked fo resale in Ajman in low or?

If I can find find for about 450 ft2 my plan was to resell with in 6-12 month, good deal or?

even the resale not that big different from launch prices ! still low i think .

Before make any investment decision look at this tower what the different between this one and the others ? location ? views ? what facilities in this tower can offer ? facilites of city itself ??? etc ... ask your'e self then you can know what Revenue after 6-12months .

B01 was the first tower within Emirates city, which has been marked and sign board were placed even when no way to go to the site, really don't know why its not picking up from the ground.

No activities seen during my last visit, Investor should ask the developer as its looks scary at this stage.
