the pic u posted is from the lower part of the road at the end of the city which as u can see above has another name. the reconstructed part of 14-ti polk is the one between it's beginning till Svoboda street ( the part that goes along the barracks) but that's not the point as i already said, the POINT IS YOU ARE A LIAR SINCE THERE IS A FRESHLY RECONSTRUCTED ROAD IN BLAGOEVGRAD SO PLS SHUT THE **** UP

Ok, whatever man, keep supporting the wanker and hve peace. Before you show me a pic i wil doubt it is made and even if so, one road is ntohing, the main roads must be fixed as fast as possible.

For people not living in blagoevgrad it might seem ok but it is a shit place with worst infrastructure so far. I guess itīs under the top ten of towns with worst infrastructure in whole europe in that size. I am sure of it. Whatīs going on in Blagoevgrad is hilarous. Tell me what you liked in that dumb town?

1st. Welcome!

and 2nd... Just don't pay attention to radihno - he is the "selskia lud" here. Good idea would be to put him on your ignore list, hence you would save your self reading a lot of nonsence here and there around these forums.

Turnovec, altough you canīt see it, another comment lke this and I am reporting you for the second time. If you dare to post another comment like this I can show everyone the misery in Blagoevgrad again, but this time I would use the european forum so that everyone can see how far away blagoevgrad aktually is from the rest of europe. You may keep posting bullshit here and there now, but I am watching you.

Kudos, itīs simple, Blagoevgrad isnīt up to european standarts and I doubt it will reach european standarts til the end of the mayors mandate. Go to towns like Nis or other Serbian or macedonian towns, even they are fixed, just look the Nis thread up and see how it looks and compare it to the shithole Blagoevgrad.

it may be that blagoevgrad is far from being a european standards city, however it feels releaving to sometimes step away from sofia and go to a relatively-developed city and still be away from the stigmas that come with the european standard

It is ok for going there for vacation or for a rest but it is not okay for living there because it has too low standart and you get pissed of by that. I jsut need to mention Strumsko and Elenovo, just go there and see how everything looks. Also, check the end of the town near bodrost and see how underdeveloped it looks, you can also go and check how the raod to the Blagoevgrad village Rilci looks like, well I donīt need to talk because the situation is very bad and there is no progress at all.

I would really like to meet one of you forumusers in Blagoevgrad up, so that you could look in my eyes and explain me what is great in Blagoevgrad that is task of the town administration. Would really like that, because you are filling pages of crap here and prising Blagoevgrad and the American university altough you donīt see any facts. If you want to reach American university campus you have to pass by extreme dirt, and fields with uncut grass which is higher than grass in tropical rainforests, thatīs incredible for a 100 k town in the european union.

I donīt know why you waste your time to search articles about the retard Paskalev. Just look at the article again, it says, the projects should start in 2010, and til then what, the town should fuck off til then or what? The reconstruction of all major roads in Blagoevgrad must start now, ti would be best if it starts this year, but how could the town elect such a retard. Even I was that dumb and was for him, I think the other mayor would have been way better for the town than this retard.

When I started reading the article I got optimistic until I reached the point, "construction should start in 2010". you should tell that some experienced people who are dealing with repairing roads and they will laugh about it and claim that it takes no longer than 3 months to have a plan how to repair some roads, it would take even less. The idiot should just let the mashines destroy the current roads and add a thick layer of new asphalt and thermoplast markings and everything would be fine.

Kudos, please dude, answer me, what do you think about Paskalevīs plan, do you think itīs ok that the plan for repairing only three roads will take that long?

first i am not ur dude and second i ain't no projects expert but i am pretty sure there is a lot of red tape connected with such a project, then comes also the money problem all municipality in Bulgaria have..
i am only glad they (such a project doesn't rely only on paskalev but the whole municipality) are thinking for the future and want to do things right (meaning not only asphalt but also electricity, water and green areas) unlike PR bat Bojko in sofia..

Why should I? If you donīt like my opnion just convince yourself how the situation is, you can do it here right now be going a few pages back in this thread. Instead of telling me such retarted bullshit you should be smart enough and make the conclusion that the idiot Paskalev gets money from people who are using Blagoevgradīs blue zone service, but you simply canīt think that far.

If you say I should pay the renovation you think that I am wrong that reconstruction of all Blagoevgrad roads must happen now, all roads in Blagoevgrad are in very bad situation, they are very old and have cracks and potholes, they are very bumpy and the sidewalks look incredible.

For at least ten years nothing has hapened in the whole fucking town, yes one Boulevard got reconstructed by the retard Prichkapov but thatīs all. Comparing Blagoevgrad to Sofia like Kudos does is a very dumb idea, Boiko Borissov renovated more roads in Sofia than there are roads at all in Blagoevgrad you fool, you donīt want me to call you dude, I can call you fool instead because yet again you proove your lack of intelligence, whatīs wrong wtih removing the old layers of aspahlt on the boulevards and adding new layers with thermoplast marking, Kudos, Boiko Borissov is way smarter than you, because he analyzed the situation and decided to asphalt the roads fast so people can finally drive savely in Sofia, which is the only right way. You keep protecting the idiot Paskalev and believe in the suspect plan that a university will develop the plans for the roads. You should be smart enough to notice the plan sounds suspect, itīs the first time I hear someone hires a university for such projects to be honest.

But keep trusting in the idiot Paskalev and all his suspcet plans that wont happen anyway and in the end the twon will still have the worst infrastructure in whole europe for towns in that size. I am sure it is vrey close to it, even Albanian towns in that size surely have more proper roads than Blagoevgrad, 2010 is just way too late.
