It's going to be the best looking skyscraper in Warsaw together with Rondo1.

Anyone knows what company does the cladding?

The skyline of Warsaw is on the right track to compete with some of the european metropolises like that of Frankfurt am Main.

More specifically invaded by Nazi Germany. And I think a country can be economically successful without Jews, yes? Because what exactly are you implying with that comment? That one ethnic group is better than another? We can all learn from one another. Peace and love.

Noone denying that, Rychlik is just pointing out that Woonsockets comment sounds like Poland isn't able to be economically successful anymore because jews are not a big minority

A guy comes here to praise Poland and gets clobbered for his troubles. Way to be nice, guys, really

But if it can't be helped and has to be like that, then I'd point out that Poland was actually invaded not only by Nazi Germany, but also by their allies, the Soviets.

Poland is really catching up fast. Each time I visit, I am positively surprised by the rapidity of changes.

And the building in question is great and will add to the soaring skyline!!!
Way to go Warsaw.

That is one sparkling skyline. More tall buildings for Warsaw.

This is a different scenario. WS is office/retail whereas Zlota 44 is a residential with ridiculous prices. I heard they pumped the prices up to get 'respect' but they ended up not selling the flats.

Yep, additionally whole situation of Orco (developer of Złota 44) was really complicated during the development process. However, there is a new owner - BBI Development, supported by american fund Amster, so hopefully they will finish it
