I think a Prudential Tower-esque spire on Tower 1 would do wonders for the balance of that cluster.

Quite a small project but sometimes they make all the difference to a city.

Construction will start soon on Green End, a suburban infill project in Heaton Chapel, South Manchester. The city is actively trying to densify its suburban areas in proximity to main railway stations in order to achieve sustainability and reduce the need for housing/urban expansion in the green belt:
