Same as above.

Exchange Court

Still a few car parks left on Greengate. They will eventually all be built on.

The fenced of land next to Exchange Court is the site of the Residence tower. Work onsite is starting shortly.

The Springfield Land development of town houses and apartments is on the right across the dual carriageway.

The final piece of St Peter's Square redevelopment is now finished.

When the redevelopment of St Peter's Square started the M/CR forum was rightly concerned as this area of the city centre is one of the most historical with the Midland Hotel, Central Library, the back of Manchester Town Hall, and the Town Hall extension. We didn't have to be concerned. After 2 public consultations, a public vote for the prefered design, the city council, developers, and their Architects have come together and produced a superb, fitting, and worldclass square, enhanced by wonderful old and new buildings? s well as new Metrolink lines and stops.

One section of the huge MECD site.

The cgi shows how big it is.

Use the Aquatics Pool to get an idea of the height, length, and size of it

We've got a bit of Porto's weather for a few day's. The it's back to thunder storms and cloud. Unfortunately the sunny weather never lasts long in Manchester. As you can see from the clouds in the picture.

Imagine that shot in 5-10 years time with possibly 20 towers across the city centre. Including the Manchattan cluster to the right of Beetham.
