I see two different proposals in render #1 and #2.Fromk the whole complex Met 1 is what I liked the most.

This building is unfortunately not under construction yet. At this point it is a dirt lot where construction crews are parking for MET 2 which is going up across the street. The design of that building (met 2) is also different than what the renderings above show and now is two towers of 47 floors each, not just one building.

My guess is that MET 3 construction will begin when Met 2 is well on its way up, sometime later this year hopefully.

All the renderings are outdated. Rendering #2 was the earliest (and the worst) version.

They say that Met 2 is already topped out.. and Met 3 U/C. but you're living in Miami so.. If you are defenitely sure, > a mod have to change the title

Met2 is just starting to rise and Met3 is neither under construction or even guaranteed. Here's hoping it does happen but in the meantime this thread should be re-titled for accuracy's sake.
