NCAA

Tampa's getting tons of exposure out of the NCAA tournament this year... They are calling it Tampa Turmoil. Four upsets in a row, which is history making. I already have plans today, which is a shame because I bet cheap tickets aren't hard to find now (with the higher seeds out there are a lot of fans in town who don't have a team to follow).

Yeah, we're getting tons of pub because of that record setting string of upsets. It was rather amazing.

haha, that's not going to sell well with the locals who are always against such events coming to town.

Who would be against an event like this? It brings in lots of people from out of town which means money for our economy and then also all the exposure. It's better than the Forum just sitting there empty.

The same people who don't want highrises built becuse it would bring more traffic through the area...

Big-ups Tampa. The city looks great, the action was incredible, all-in-all a great weekend.

They'll talk about Turmoil in Tampa for years, recalling the victorious lowers seeds. No other opening round has ever matched this historic series of events. The games looked great! Well done Tampa!
