'Cuma mukjizat yang bisa terbangkan Lorena 6 Juni'

JAKARTA (bisnis.com): Rencana terbang perdana maskapai penerbangan Lorena Air pada 6 Juni mendatang dipastikan hanya merupakan gembar-gembor pihak manajemen maskapai itu.

Direktur Direktorat Sertifikasi dan Kelaikan Udara (DSKU) Dephub Yurlis Hasibuan mengatakan izin terbang (Air Operator Certificate/AOC) Lorena belum keluar hingga saat ini.

"Mukjizat saja yang bisa membuat Lorena terbang pada 6 Juni, karena sampai saat ini persiapannya belum selesai," ujarnya, hari ini.

Lorena belum mendaftarkan armada pesawat yang akan digunakan dan pihak manajemennya juga belum siap, kata dia. Pihak Dephub belum dapat memastikan di mana letak permasalahannya karena hal tersebut terkait dengan kontak B to B Lorena dengan pihak lain, jelasnya.(er)

Pembangunan KA Bandara makin tidak jelas

JAKARTA (Bisnis): DPR menyatakan proses pembangunan kereta api (KA) Bandara Soekarno-Hatta Cengkareng senilai Rp4,5 triliun makin tidak jelas setelah pemerintah memutuskan melelang proyek itu.

Ketua Komisi V DPR Ahmad Muqowam mengatakan keputusan melelang proyek secara mendadak itu dipastikan memundurkan jadwal pengoperasian KA Bandara itu.

"Saya melihat makin tidak jelas dan saya khawatir akan seperti monorel," katanya dalam RDP di Komisi V DPR hari ini.

Dia menyatakan proyek prioritas itu diperkirakan baru akan dibangun setahun lagi setelah proses lelang baru dilaksanakan pada Juli 2008. Pengoperasian KA Bandara, lanjut Muqowam, diperkirakan akan terus mundur bahkan bisa bernasib terbengkelai seperti monorel. "Bisa setahun lagi ini proyek."

Proyek KA Bandara Soekarno-Hatta awalnya ditetapkan diserahkan konsesinya kepada PT Railink, perusahaan patungan antara PT Kereta Api dan PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II dengan persentase kepemilikan saham 60%:40%. Railink telah menjalin kerja sama dengan PT Wijaya Karya dan PT Jasa Marga. Kerja sama dengan PT Jasa Marga untuk menggunakan lahan di samping jalan tol bandara Sedyatmo. (tw)

Masa Konsesi KA Bandara 30 Tahun

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Departemen Perhubungan (Dephub) menyebutkan masa konsesi pengelolaan Kereta Api (KA) Bandara Soekarno-Hatta oleh swasta selama 30 tahun setelah itu bisa diperpanjang lagi.

"Masa konsesinya maksimal 30 tahun, setelah itu bisa diperpanjang lagi 20 tahun," kata Dirjen Perkeretaapian Dephub, Wendy Aritenang kepada pers usai Rapat Dengar Pendapat Umum (RDPU) dengan Komisi V DPR di Jakarta, Rabu.

Penegasan tersebut terkait keputusan pemerintah yang akhirnya memutuskan untuk melakukan lelang konsesi KA Bandara Soekarno-Hatta Cengkareng sejauh 30 km itu pada pertengahan tahun ini.

Proyek senilai Rp4,5 triliun itu sendiri, semula akan dikelola oleh PT Railink, perusahaan bentukan PT Angkasa Pura II dan PT Kereta Api. Perusahaan ini pun sampai sekarang sudah melakukan detil disain, studi kelayakan dan sedang mengerjakan Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (Amdal) proyek itu.

Dengan demikian, konsesi yang semula diperuntukkan untuk PT Railink, dibatalkan. Keputusannya dipimpin oleh Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla beberapa waktu lalu.

Menurut Wendy, lelang konsesi dan tender proyek itu akan dilakukan pada pertengahan tahun ini dan PT Railink pun berkesempatan ikut dalam tender itu. "Peluang menangnya besar karena Railink punya hak pre-referensi 10 persen," katanya.

Direktur Utama PT Railink, Masraul Hidayat mengenai hal itu, membenarkan. "Memang benar, peluangnya besar karena kami memang terlibat sejak awal," katanya.

Ditanya apakah, tender itu nantinya hanya formalitas, Masraul tidak menjawab pertanyaan itu. "Wah itu, tanyakan ke Pak Wendy (Dirjen Perkeretaapian)," katanya.

Masraul menambahkan, jika tender itu dilakukan pertengahan tahun ini, maka pada akhir tahun ini sudah ada pemenangnya dan mulai awal tahun depan pekerjaan konstruksi sudah bisa dimulai. "Perkiraan kita pada akhir 2009 atau awal 2010, KA Bandara bisa beroperasi," katanya.

PT Railink adalah perusahaan patungan antara PT Kereta Api dan PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II dengan persentase kepemilikan saham 60:40 persen.

PT Railink juga telah menjalin kerja sama dengan PT Wijaya Karya dan PT Jasa Marga. Kerja sama dengan PT Jasa Marga untuk menggunakan lahan di samping jalan tol bandara Sedyatmo.(*)

Lion Air naikkan frekuensi Jakarta-Singapura

JAKARTA: Maskapai penerbangan Lion Air tahun ini akan meningkatkan frekuensi penerbangan dari Jakarta-Singapura dari tiga kali menjadi empat kali di tengah meningkatnya arus wisman melalui negara tetangga itu.

Corporate Communication dan Public Relation Manager Lion Hasyim Arsal Alhabsi mengatakan sebelumnya frekuensi penerbangan dari Jakarta-Singapura dilayani dua kali dalam sehari.

"Sekarang karena permintaan penumpang cukup tinggi pada jalur Jakarta-Singapura kami akan menambah frekuensi penerbangan dari tiga kali menjadi empat kali," ujar Hasyim kepada Bisnis hari ini.

Lion Air selain fokus menerbangi rute domestik, kini melebarkan sayapnya pada rute regional. Perusahaan swasta nasional yang menguasai 40% pasar domestik mulai 6 Juni menerbangi rute baru Denpasar-Singapura.

"Untuk rute baru Denpasar Singapura yang akan diterbangi mulai 6 Juni bulan depan kami menggunakan pesawat baru Boeing 737-900ER ke 11 yang akan datang awal Juni," ujar Hasyim.

Rusdi Kirana, dirut Lion Air, dalam kesempatan terpisah mengatakan untuk penerbangan perdana Denpasar-Singapura tiketnya sudah terjual habis karena diminati oleh calon penumpang. (ln)

Garuda finally awarded IATA safety clearance

Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia has finally received safety clearance following a stringent audit conducted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), president director Emir Syah Satar said Thursday.

"The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) for Garuda was approved on May 14 and will be presented during the IATA annual general meeting in Istanbul on June 1-3," said Emir.

"We expect the European Union to refer to the audit result during their session on flight ban in July."

The EU has banned all Indonesian airlines from entering the bloc's airspace even though none of the airlines actually serve European routes.

The government has proposed four airlines to be exempted from the flight ban. In addition to Garuda, the airlines are Mandala Airlines, which has committed to buying a large number of European Airbus jetliners, and chartered airlines Airfast and Premiair.

Garuda vice president for aviation security and environment Capt. Novianto said being awarded the IOSA certificate meant that the state-owned airline's safety and security standards were on par with international large carriers that are members of IATA.

"For the award, eight aspects are analyzed from organization and management and airplane maintenance to flight operational safety," he said.

"The certificate is renewable every two years and consists of more than 900 check list items. It is even more complicated to get an ISO certificate." (Maryani Dewi/****)

Ya, single-class layout, high density (213 penumpang). Jadi, kenyamanan hampir sama dgn B737-200. Tadi sy lihat di berita, beberapa hari lalu ada B737-400 dari Lion yg terbang dgn bagian sayap lepas. Walaupun penumpang mengeluh, pilot terus melanjutkan dgn penerbangan.

Garuda still can't fly to Europe yet.

Depends on EU to lift the ban.

And even if the European Union lifts the ban, I hope Garuda has a strategy in mind, ie. partners, alliances, codeshares if not it'll be useless.

Pesawat Batavia Air Pecah Ban


Liputan6.com, Medan: Pesawat Batavia Air jenis Airbush A-320 dengan nomor penerbangan 591 dari Jakarta mengalami pecah ban saat mendarat di Bandar Udara Polonia, Medan, Sumatra Utara, Ahad (1/6). Sebanyak 140 penumpang yang berada di dalam pesawat selamat. Sementara pesawat tidak mengalami kerusakan.

Pesawat Batavia Air terbang dari Bandara Soekarno-Hatta pukul 08.20 WIB menuju Bandara Polonia. Ketika lepas landas, pesawat terbang dengan normal. Namun sekitar pukul 10.20 WIB saat pesawat mendarat, ban sebelah kiri tiba-tiba pecah hingga menyebabkan para penumpang panik.

Peristiwa ini mengakibatkan jalur penerbangan dari dan menuju Bandara Polonia terganggu selama beberapa jam. Sementara penumpang Batavia Air dari Medan yang akan terbang ke berbagai wilayah terpaksa mengembalikan tiket. Pihak operator Batavia maupun administrator Bandara Polonia belum dapat dimintai keterangan.(YNI/Chaerul Dharma dan Cuk Arbianto)


Semua pernerbangan dicancel karena pswt masih di tengah landasan, kecuali dari Pelita(karena Pelita memakai NAS332 dari Polonia).

Please take in mind that if the ban will be removed in July this year it can be imposed again as quickly as it was removed. Indonesia has to take measures to prevent the ban from reoccuring.
The Indonesian Directorate General of Air Transportation should first improve public relations policy. Not every aviation incident should be communicated to the press but also communications towards it's European counterparts should be reviewed and adjusted.
It is in the interest of Indonesia to be informed which EU member nation(s) did provide the information that resultet in the ban.
Clarity should be created on whether the EU flight ban was imposed on political motivations at the same time the Indonesian Department of Trade together with the Department of Foreign Affairs should investigate how trade can be used as pressure to prevent future bans.

Garuda
Garuda Indonesia's image has been battered completely.
An agressive media campaign is needed to repair or better improve Garuda Indonesia's image.
The government has no other option than investing heavily on upgrading Garuda Indonesia's cabin experience. Traditional Indonesian hospitality alone is not enough to attract passengers as Garuda's cabin experience has been lagging behind in comparison with major Asian carriers.

State-owned aircraft maker PT Dirgantara Indonesia aims to win a South Korean tender to build eight maritime patrol aircraft (MPA) through a swap deal, an executive says.

"South Korea's representative told us they might have us make MPAs for them if we buy their spare parts for our planes," Dirgantara president Budi Santoso said Friday.

Budi did not reveal the type of MPAs to be included in the tender, but said he was confident they would be able to deliver on the order, citing Dirgantara's experience in manufacturing aircraft.

Dirgantara currently produces an MPA called the Super Puma, which is based on the NAS-332 helicopter, which has a 20-seat capacity, 150 knots maximum speed, 1,017 pound/hour fuel consumption and a gross weight of 18,960 pounds.

Budi said the US$18 million (Rp 167 billion) NAS-332 could be sold for $30 million once it had been modified into a Super Puma, or $45 million if equipped with anti-submarine weapons.

The Super Puma has been in production since 1976. As of 2005, the company had delivered 18 Super Pumas.

Budi said that Dirgantara, which also supplies military aircraft to the Indonesian Air Force, planned to discuss the tender with the Defense Ministry, especially in reference to the swap deal, which is an included condition.

The tender was originally to be held by the end of May this year, but has been delayed.

"It (the delay) could take a while, the focus is to approach the defense ministry to discuss in particular the swap deal," Budi said, adding that Dirgantara would in the meantime continue to make necessary preparations with the South Korea representative.

Dirgantara was founded in 1976 and provides aircraft design, development and assembly for commercial and military planes and spare parts.

In addition to the Super Puma, Dirgantara unveiled last January an MPA version of the CN-235, a transport aircraft priced at $30 million per unit. Next Tuesday, Dirgantara will deliver the modified aircraft to the Indonesian Air Force at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport in East Jakarta.

The plane is equipped with a nighttime infrared guidance system, and can track ships within a 100-mile radius.

The company has sold 27 modified CN-235 units world wide at a cost of $14 million each, including to the U.S. Coast Guard, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan.

Dirgantara plans to complete 15 sets of Airbus A380 wing components and parts this year, with 25 more sets to follow within the next three years. (anw)

My goodnes, the reporter who has written this should be fired.
1. NAS332 IS a Super Puma
2. In 1976 IPTN produced the NSA330 Puma.
3. IPTN never shold aircrafts to the USCG.
4. IPTN has sold more than 27 CN235 worldwide (at least 12 to TNI-AU and TNI-AL, 7 to UAE, 1 to Turkey, 1 to Brunei, 20 to South-Korea, 2 to Thailand, 8 to Malaysia and 4 to Pakistan.

mana fotonya??

klo dari material yang karet sih bisa aja pengaruh cuaca, suhu dan faktor gesekan terhadap landasan, bisa aja ada micro-crack ( retak yang sangat kecil sekali ) ngaruh gede banget ke suatu kecelakaan pesawat..

biasanya prosedur nya yang ga bener yang bisa bikin kaya gini
apa penyimpanannya, delivery-nya, pemasangan, atau perlakuan laen..

tapi gw jarang banget denger berita ada ban pesawat pecah..btw ban pesawat diisi angin, apa ban mati sih?

Cuaca kemarin di Polonia biasa saja. Kondisi landasan disini juga bagus.
Jadi barangkali ban diisi dgn udara biasa atau ada masalah dgn left main landinggear sebelum pendaratan.
