I don't think there's any way to quantify this.

First of all this area is not strictly one block but more like 4 or something.
The actual block with the most towers is the one which contains 23 marina, pentominium, marina 106, sulafa tower, marina 101, mag 218, marina pinnacle, al seef, madain hotel (if ever built), and one plot left which nobody knows anything about. This gives a total height of something like 3200m if you add up the height of all the towers, and that doesn't include one more which could be built on the empty plot. This would easily be the tallest block I think but who knows.

If you want to just count by number of supertalls then this also wins. That particular block has 5 supertalls on the one block. As an example, the skyscraper cluster containing shanghai centre, jin mao, etc, only have 1 tower per block since they are separated by roads.

If you want to count supertalls in the general cluster then this block also wins, nothing comes close.

If you want to count by floor space I don't think it wins. I don't know but maybe the old world trade centre towers had more floor space than all the supertalls in the tallest block combined.

Union sqaure is right now the tallest block. With a completed ICC it will be a little bit taller. I find it`s a pity that the towers in Dubai don`t have a shared podium like the union square has.

On May 20th, the Torch was definetely taller than Princess Tower, as we can see on this pic by Imre posted above. So I wonder about the latter having 2 meters more on your recent diagram, Culwulla. From the picture, I'd give "tall lady" 230m at most.

And Princess Tower seemes to have slown down, so a significant change during the last 6 days is not too likelly IMO... (though I've nothing against a confutation).
