nice update, good to see infiniti tower steady progress.

I Hope the 'Block' willl look nice when its completed, I thought it was a waste to cluster so much Iconic supertalls in a small area..... I hope I'm wrong.

Am sure Jumeira Skyline will look nice at the end though

i second that, they just seized these beautiful icons in such tiny little block!!, it would have been way better if they spread those supertalls randomly in the whole Dubai Marina area. imagine how great the skyline of DM would be then!

what a waste..

Yes they should have done that, or else have areas where clusters of 2 or 3 towers are possible.

This one has started rising in Mumbai. It was never posted in the international forums because most of the Indian forumer found it ugly.

We havent got an updated render yet. The first height proposal was 320m and each floor has increased floor height, so it had around 60 storeys. But it said now that the builder has increased the amount of floors to around 90 (because most of the flats have already sold out) it should stand around 400m.

Mumbai Residential High-Rise Tower

Upscale residential super high-rise tower (80+ stories tall) in Mumbai (Bombay) India, a city where real estate prices are among the highest in the world. The building, which will offer super luxury apartments with all amenities for residents, is claimed by some to become the tallest building in India when the structure is completed in late 2009. The structural system consists of high strength concrete shear walls, columns, beams and slabs supported by a mat foundation pinned by rock anchors. There will be four to five basement levels, used mostly for parking. Coffman Engineers has been selected by the owners to evaluate and optimize the lateral force resisting system, including the introduction of damping devices, to enhance the performance of the building in earthquakes and in response to wind loading.

And some updates

Well, it is not a great beauty, but what a refreshing thing that a huge tower like that is being erected in Mumbai.

Congratulations!!
