Is this the tallest skyscraper cluster in the world yet? It's unbelievably massive.

^they are actually surf rescue boards (hence the handles) as i was at the Australian Surf livesaving titles. We use them to race each other around a course. You can lie down or kneel up. great fun.

@CULWULLA: superb Q1 photos, too!
@gerald.d: hope you don't mind that I made some snapshots from your gigapan-pano and merged them... so here's one more Marina overview from Palm Jumeira.

23 Marina (mostly hidden), Ocean Heights and The Torch all in the 310-320m region.
Marina 101 always faster than Princess Tower, the leader in the race in the +400m category:

This street is absolutely impressive. I've been to many huge skyline cities, but walking down the street in the tallest block is an awesome experience!!

Everything in the Gold Coast is pretty, hot, tight and bling.

PS: The current title is giving me creeps

World's NEXT best April's fool - the race is on!
Just to document it for coming generations: this is the recent thread title we're talking about. And the single skyscrapers got reassigned to other cities in the title. But atm this seems to be the only thread left with April fool's infection...

Does the Eureka Tower still have the highest residential units, or has that tower in Russia been opened?

I would say the Dubai block is impressive but the streetscape looks a bit lacking. I'm sure it'll look better once its done.

I think the odd thing about the picture though is that most cities build small and gradual increase in size where as Dubai just went tall so the lack of low and mid rise buildings gives it more of a sterile look.

Not sure if level 76 is mechanical or occupiable. The 'Large plant' could be the penthouse.
level 76 (top level) - +294,65
level 75 and the main roof - +288,50
level 74 (top in the last cube) - +282,50
level 73 - +277,60
