Yes, if not the tallest it will definitely become the second tallest residential building.

I think they are above GL (not sure).
I hope this 1:1500 scale model will help you a bit.
You can ask Indiansunite for the original resolution pictures.

Princess Tower topped out, and thus now the highest residential building in the world. It surpassed the Torch which was only the tallest residential tower for a short period.
Time for a new update Culwulla!

23 Marina holds the title between them for even shorter.

The tallest completed residential tower in the world (The "un"-Torch Tower, in the middle of the pic) in comparison to Princess.

How many people would be able to live in the Princess tower.
This is a question I never get an answer for.
If there is a 50 storey apartment tower somewhere on average how many
people would live in them and how many apartments would there be.
Sorry for the stupid question

763 apartments most of them 1,2, and 3 bed units. some larger units on the top also. not all units will be permanent homes. i.e. holiday homes or second homes and not occupied 12 months per year.

so we are talking between 1,000 and 2,000 residents realisticly.

Considering the demographics of people renting in such buildings (i.e. professionals, mostly young), I would say even if all 763 apartments would be simultaneously occupied, the number of tower's occupants would hardly reach 2000 anyway.
