I like Lanco Hills Signature Tower (604 meters) more than any other supertall res. building design.

True, but on the other hand, if it was build at a place like let's say Burj Al Arab it would be way too thin.

Yup, lanco recently Launched Phase II of Lanco Hills which includes More IT Towers, Residential Towers (20 fl-34 fl), 3 Million Sq.ft Mall + Multiplex Theater's.

The online help desk of Lanco's website says this for quite a while now;
Quote:
The plan for signature tower is intact and we will definitely come up with it but the present market condition is still not giving the confidence to take up such a huge residential venture. It can get a kick start any moment, when the market earns a capacity to consume.

That diagram above is one cute thing. I carefully inspect some of the buildings and their significant in the various location. They all seem to be significant in much sense when viewing from the people they are going to serve. One thing that I actually disagree with is the way the ones in Dubai are done in a hurry. It is like in a competition to build vertically extremely tall in a nation with very small population. That alone makes me to doubt if the Pentominium will ever be completed. The economic significant, I think, is taken out of the normal proportion before starting the building at all. And, it is not the way the other are going about theirs while building for the future. I may be wrong though.

However, 432 Park avenue is so straight and imposing in its slim nature. It would look better if some curves are added to give it an edge, for being a residential building. It is too corporate-looking.

Finally, the diagram is revealing and I appreciate some little details in the drawing as in chronology and activities going on - like the cranes and machines.

Slight correction is needed for world one.
Floor to floor ht of first 8 floors from GL is 4.5m and in the typical floors it is 3.5m. On Feb 6th itself world one was at 29th floor so it should be 110m in your diagram

According to the latest news, 432 Park Ave is 53m and World One is 130m.

If you go to top of core form 432 is now already 62 meters...and the pace will accelerate very soon

432 Park Avenue will definitely be finished before World One because it is such a thin tower. Looks like it will grab hold of the tallest Resi. tower status for a little while until World One grabs it.
