Above Ground Level 432PA is 38m.

So 432 might end up being the tallest residential tower in the world for a little bit?

Timelaps movie "Darkdawn City" by Richard Bentley
released last week,
showing stunning shots of Dubai Marina, Dubai, and several views taken from Princess Tower balconies at more than 300m above the ground on currently the tallest residential skyscraper in the world with 414m to the tip of the spire:

"With the cost of lens hire, software, cameras and so on, this came in at around Ģ10,000 to produce, all in."

Great diagram but, i think there is a mistake. World one isn't that wide.

According to this diagram by _Forum_ World one's width is 60m.

Btw how wide is 432 PA ?
That will give an idea to measure the base.

This was bound to happen with floor area about 50% lesser than that of world one.

Isn't the Hancock in Chicago partly residential? So that should show up in the drawing around 1970 or so when it opened? Or is this for strictly residential towers with no office (or little office) at all?

Thanx for the info. So the ratio of World one and 432PA is 2.105, but in the diagram it is clearly more than 2.5.

Also i heard 432PA is not fully residential, is that true?

Yes, this is for full residential towers. At least 90% residential.

Why Diamond tower isn't included in the diagram despite being underconstruction. It's projected height is 432 meters, which would make it one of the tallest residential towers in the world.

I agree it won't be the tallest but then the 432 Park Avenue should also not be shown in the diagram because it will not be the tallest either because it is slated to be completed in 2015 (according to the diagram) with a height of 426 meters.By that time the Mumbai World One had already been completed in 2014 (according to the diagram)With a height of 442 meters.
Correct me my friend if I am worng.
