Not likely. Although the project is managed by AIG, 75% of the funding comes from Korean banks and SMG. The feasibility of the project in regards to marketability with YBD vacancy rate at close to 0% for the next few years, the building itself is a profitable portfolio.

Yes, it is under construction and will be completed in 4Q 2010.

It will be tallest for the time being but once other projects in Incheon and Pusan completes, it won't be.
