the project will e changed a bit, because one of the parts of the forme factory was proclaimed as a historical monument

its this part

The city looks a little rusty. I wouldve hoped the new EU cash flow wouldve boosted not only the new buildings but renovated the old. Needs some identity but this building is a start.

City officials decided it is not old enough to be a historical building, it is only from 19.century.
Demolition started immediately, should be finished until 10.september 2008

Shame they couldn't incorporate that old frontage into the building. It would have made a great reception area.

Well if I have the centre in mind I'd say that looks like a pretty good start, doesn't it? Bratislava simply needs more time.
