não é Olímpico. Fica vários km distante do Olimpico, na divisa de POA com Canoas.

a ponte é parte da BR386, anel metropolitano de POA, que está em construção. Por coincidencia ou não, o lote 4, que é exatamente o da ponte, viadutos (e mais um trecho), que segundo o projeto (muito anterior a Arena) daria exatamente naquele local, foi ganho pela OAS, que é a mesma que vai construir a Arena do Gremio naquele local. As duas coisas NÃO estão relacionadas, mas são convenientes. Qdo o Gremio decidiu por construir ali, foi bem antes da OAS ser contratada (estudos iniciais criados pelo Amsterdam Arena Advisory, e depois ainda teve concorrencia entre OAS e Odebrecht)

Any Portugese speaking friends, why don't you summarize the timeline below in English? One strange thing is that the third event from top(Acabamentos in Portugese) extends to the last point of the construction roadmap, not the last event. What is that?

waiting for the final city environment licenses to be released for OAS Construction Company close the deal of financing the last 45% of the total (the other part it will pay itself). Terrain already bought and surrounded with fence with images of Gremio and the new stadium.

construction set to start in July 2010 and end in december 2012.

The project will start soon. The things are running OK and we should see Gremio's Arena finished in 2012(at least the arena itself). Will be the best stadium not just in South America but I could say in all Latin America.
