Meeting a public hearing yesterday.

To summarize:

Gifts:

Representatives of WBW, the Proffil (the company who prepared the EIA RIMA) of the OAS, Mr Paulo Odone, Dr. Adalberto Preis, Dr. Saul Berdichevski, Mr. Eduardo Antonini, Cllr Sofia Cavedon, Alderman little Bras, NGO representatives and members Community Grêmio Arena.

Next Steps:

28/4: day meeting with the Planning Secretariat, and OAS, and Grêmio.
Meeting of the 5/5 Caugé that will approve the Preliminary License.

Conclusion:

This public hearing was a mere formality required by law to listen to the community and answer questions about the EIA RIMA. The main information was given by Dr. Adalberto Preis, confirming the start of construction for the month of July.
At most, the old demagoguery ever, led by the same party ever.
We no longer worry about the approval of environmental licenses. The schedule prepared for approval by the City is on schedule, ensuring the start of construction to July 2010.

Credits to member Eduardo Grêmio Arena community on orkut.

Love how the type of person who suggests any place is like an "ill thought out slum" is the same type who leaves the location part of their profile blank.

Nice looking stadium.
