  汉网消息 1958年3月30日,毛泽东主席视察长江三峡,勾画出“高峡出平湖”,葛洲坝集团的前身——三三O工程局也由此得名;50年后的昨日,武汉
葛洲坝国际广场动工开建,“广场不仅将刷新武汉楼宇最高纪录,还将掀开葛洲坝集团新的历史篇章”。

  武汉葛洲坝国际广场选址于江汉区航侧村。设计者透露,该广场主楼高69层、约350米,各项设计均超过民生大厦,有望成为“华中第一高楼”。

  此前,位于汉口新华路的民生银行大厦共68层,主体加上塔盖、避雷针天线,楼高336米,被誉为“武汉第一高楼”。

  开工典礼上,中国葛洲坝集团董事长杨继学透露,葛洲坝国际广场建成后,葛洲坝集团总部将入驻广场主楼。这也意味着届时该集团正式迁移武汉。

Looks pretty good, although I kinda liked the second rejected design a bit better.

Wuhan gets a second supertall building constructed and it's this one. However, little is known about this project at the moment.

Interesting design. Both rejected designs look also good... And definitely looks taller than 350m on the renders, very slim.

most tall building in China,included a shopping mall,sadly,according to Chinese newspaper ,half of shopping mall are either thinly occupied or worse empty.unless shopping mall is strategic located .like Nanjing road in Shanghai.

Haha, the 400m one is another project in Wuhan. Wuhan has 3 approved supertalls now, plus a 90-floor tower coming.
