Is that the expansion of the "17 de setembro airport" being refurbished or the "Catumbela airport" being built brand new?

Este tem de ser o de Benguela, porque no aeroporto de Catumbela não ha aquele edifício da primeira foto. De certeza que é o de Benguela.
