I'm very optimistic about this project...Ekrem Luka is person who dosent rase to much dust and do nothing. All the times I know that this person, if he plans smthing he do it...I'm not in Pristina now. but I know that Plastika building has been removed, and no informations if the construction has started...someone from Pristina can confirm that.
Otherwise I saw that in official webpage of dukagjini is mention World Trade Centre...see link http://www.dukagjinigroup.com/?page=2,4 |

Is there any information about the sizes of the projects. It seems that it will be a mixed project, with hotel, shopping, and office, but does anyone know how much of each?

To be honest this project looks much better than first one. The first one was not bad but this looks great.....

this new design looks awesome
 .... its also taller than the previous render. Now it looks like its over 25 floors tall, with some of the floors having very high ceilings.. This design should be over 100m..

But that first project in this thread i thought that projekt is U/C. And what project is this then.
But it looks very good.

Very nice, better than the original one. I like how each of the projects in Prishtina is a cluster in itself, its much better to have ten 20-30storey buildings than for example 2 50storey towers. IMO the skyline looks way better with clusters.
