Where is that Felix Plaza, anybody knows?

I passed Asmita today around 1 AM. The place was lit up and there seemed to be some activity there, but I'm not too sure, as I was in my car so only had a glimpse of the place.

Felix Plaza is somewhere on Dr. Felix Street, near Piata Victoriei... but I guess you knew that already.
Stereodoping posted the picture in Part IV, but he said he doesn't know the exact location.

I'm not crazy about it myself ... not brilliant ...maybe just OK

However, this may not be the final design as written on Plaza's website: "Project status: demolition works and

I remember that the design for Casa Radio was not approved mainly because of the wheel. Maybe they will simply scrap the wheel (even though it was their big attraction for the masses) and everything else will stay the same.

I have always considered Casa Radio one of the ugliest buildings in Bucharest. I guess we're stuck with it, but hopefully it will look a bit better in the end.

I can see Sun Tower from my window. They have finished the concrete structure and it has been sitting like that, abandoned, for more than half a year.

This is going to be the headquarters of UTI (floors 7-11 I guess), designed by Arsene (and/or his people) . I've seen it this past week from two different angles (Armeneasca & Batistei)... it's a monster building for that area. I'll try taking some pictures this weekend.

Eu chiar nu inteleg ce au aprobat astia. Am vazut ca sunt 3 puz-uri diferite si daca stai bine sa te uiti nici unul din ele nu se potriveste exact cu pozele. Ori nu se potriveste pozitionarea, ori inaltimile. Singurul PUZ unde se potriveste pozitionarea este ultimul, dar acolo cladirile sunt P+6.

Sa vedem ce o sa iasa.

EDIT: Asta trebuia sa fie PM pentru nebunul, nici nu mi-am dat seama ca am postat aici.

Radio House, as National Library are indeed a 'pain in the ass' as they look today. they can be cleverly transformed into some social attractions, (for masses, that Sbz2ifc well said) keeping they re facades and not destroying them, smoothly inserting contemporary architecture, because isn t it, we re civilised and we respect the past, weather good or bad.
another point of view is that they express power and give to the people trust, something undestroyable, like People's House(which was the 'star' of the Summit by it s sises and not because of beauty!) wheather we want or not.

about Vasile Lascar it has the well known style of Westfourth, those black panels...now it figures out!
