Ja to az tak pesimisticky nevnimam,ale tiez si myslim ze vseobecne spomalenie ekonomiky a recesia je zapricinena hlavne nasou vladou sucasnou,nie vyskovymi rezidencnymi projektami z ktorych zatial stoja myslim tri.

![]() ked uz sme ale pri predpovediach, tak v najblizsich rokoch sa rast slovenskej ekonomiky sice spomali, ale mal by ostat nad 6 percentami... inflacia bola za uplynuly rok rekordne nizka (1 percento pod referencnym kriteriom) a hoci v uplynulych mesiacoch vzrastla, inflacne kriterium plnime pravdepodobne (iste to bude 7. maja) udrzatelne...t.j. ani EK neocakava dramaticky narast inflacie... nasa vlada sa kupodivu (zatial) ani nesprava proinflacne...napriklad rozpocet je uz stvrty mesiac prebytkovy... vyzera to ako socani, keca to ako socani, ale socani to nejsou ma paniii ![]() Quote:

postavia sa, ale nie v povodnych rozmeroch. dost bude zalezat na tom, ako sa bude darit slovanom, obydicku a dalsim projektom ktore sa uz buduju. ak budu nuteni ist s cenou dole moze sa stat, ze investori budu prehodnocovat svoje plany a nakoniec uberu z proporcii. Takze, tie pozemky co maju urcite nezostanu lezat ladom, akurat sa na nich nebudu stavat vyskovky, alebo sa so stavbou bude cakat. preto ten rok 2012. V najblizsich 5 rokoch nas caka spomalovanie ekonomiky. Podobna situacia moze nastat aj v pripade kancelarii. CO sa tyka eurovey 2, tak si myslim, ze tych 150 m to nakoniec nebude... resp. urcite to nezacnu stavat najblizsie 3 roky, moj osobny nazor.

za tejto vlady ano, ale mozes mi pls napisat, ktory konkretny krok tejto vlady zabezpecil tento rychly rast ekonomiky?:-) Zrusenie poplatkov v zdravotnictve, ci Tomanovej zakonnik prace, alebo milionarska dan?

(aj ked to myslim musela spravit kvoli harmonizacii s minimalnou sadzbou dane v EU)...prave predzasobenie sa cigaretami v dosledku zvysenia tejto dane sposobilo bezprecedentny rast ekonomiky v poslednom stvrtroku minuleho roka...a vdaka tomu nasa ekonomika dosiahla take pekne cislo ako dosiahla ![]() ale aby som zas nebol na tuto vladu uplne zly, tak k ekonomickemu rastu prispieva rozumnou hospodarskou politikou smerovanie k vyrovnanemu rozpoctu posobi nielen protiinflacne, ale z DLHODOBEHO hladiska aj prorastovouf

Rozhodne boli kroky minulej vlady viac naklonene investiciam,stavebnictvu,rastu ekonomiky.To vidi kazdy kto nepozera do buducnosti najdalej po nasledujuci den.

chlapci nehadajte sa. Kazdy zakon, kazda reforma, kazda zmena v ekonomike sa prejavuje minimalne s 2 - 5 rocnym oneskorenim. cize to co spravila dobre minula vlada zne ta vlada sucasna. A to co posere sucasna vlada bude riesit ta buduca.
takze fico a spol sa budu este 2 roky viest na vlne uspechu reforiem. A ta buduca vlada /podla situacie na politickej scene/ opat fico a spol budu riesit vlastne sracky co si narobia. |

hurahura: musim suhlasit... bohuzial vo vsetkom, aj s poslednou vetou. ale za takych 6 rokov sa mozme znovu odrazit od dna, za 8 sa nadychneme, aby sme sa o 14 mohli zacat potapat. kolobeh ktory funguje (nielen) u nas.

well, I can imagine there is a bubble in Bratislava property prices, but what do you guys think about the potential of growth in Slovakia's spa resorts, for example Piestany?

I think even in Bratislava property prices will go up....there is no limit ...for now...at least for few years...

yes, my Slovak is good enough to read this
and it's interesting to see a Russian company working on the most extensive project.One reason why I think Piestany has more potential than most other resorts is the available infrustructure there - highway, railroad (less than 1 hour to Bratislava), river port and even an airport. Why don't we create a seperate thread for Piestany since there is so much going on there? za to prirovnanie tomanovej k mimozemstanovi mal jeden redaktor trendu vazne problemy.. trafena hus vzdy zagaga no nie?? hehe
a k tej nasej vlade: prilezitost na rozvoj sme prepasli v okamihu ked fico zostavil vladu.. to nie je tak ze teraz prudko rastieme, potom pojdeme ku dnu a potom budeme zasa rast.. teraz prudko rastieme sice, no uz to nepotrva dlho a potom budume uz len klesat ku dnu.. pretoze prilezitost na rast bola len jedna.. ale to uz je v nas slovakoch: vzdy sme dohanali iduci vlak, boli sme vzdy zaostaly narod, pretoze sme boli mali a teda aj utlacany.. teraz sa to mohlo zmenit, stacilo vydrzat par rokov (trebalo si utiahnut opasky) aby sme uz potom len rastli, no večne nespokojna slovač si radsej zvolila pohodlnejsiu alternativu- pokial sa da, taq si uzivat co najviac (kradnut a privatizovat co sa este da) a co bude dalej?? to uz nas nezaujima.. |

ale to hovori aj o tom aky su slovaci nevzdelany.. prvym naznakom boli nebankove subjekty.. kazdy si myslel ze len tak z nicoho zarobi majetok.. a teraz znova to iste- premier kt sa tvari ze nieco robi, v skutocnosti vsak o vladnuti nema ponatia a robi jednu blbost za druhou.. ale kto mu mohol na tie jeho bludne reci skocit?? predsa len negramotna ci nevzdelana slovač..

pokiaľ máte niekto možno kúpte si český Týden, je tam perfektný článok o luxusných bytoch v Prahe. Možno trošku zmeníte názor na to čo je to luxusné bývanie (4metrové stropy, 300m2 a vírivka na streche sú tam akosi štandardom
)
