I usually try and hold back on first renderings .. but that building looks a bit like an old factory from the rust belt.

I think they're going for a blend between the old factory/warehouse and newer/modern. Note how they punched out some corners of the 'factory' grid with walls/corners of glass. This one, I hope looks even better than the rendering. Nice how they are preserving the one old brick warehouse.

I like midrise projects like that. The 2201 westlake or whatever with the whole foods, and enso. If the upzone SLU, they might look a little short, but if we started seeing these pop up farther out, I'd really like that. A little more bulk and height than you can get with a 6 story woodframe.

I like how the design incorporates the old brick building in the foreground. The contrast between the new and old is very cool, and also makes the side walk more pedestrian friendly in my opinion. Oh, the streetcar also makes this development very cool

Kemper should learn something from Allen.

Lot of cranes there. I saw cranes that have sprouted up like weeds in that area, wow!
