Oh. You are Saigoner, you can go to PMH by bus (34) if it goes through your house . I've just visted PMH in the first 2010 days, then I went to Singapore and I must say: PMH looks like Singapore suburb (but the traffic is not as good as ofcourse).

What's the demographic make up of PMH like?
Who's the typical inhabitant?
What's his typical occupation, average income...etc.
I've heard some one said that the majority who live in PMH are foreigners working in VN. Is this true?

Đúng rồi, đi từ bến đó (nó sẽ đi qua Nguyễn Huệ rồi rẽ vào đg gì đó ở khoảng giữa Nguyễn Huệ, ko đi hết dg Ng Huệ). Từ đó đi chắc khoảng 30 phút. Dừng ở đâu thì mình chịu á, vì mình ko ở SG (hỏi chủ xe bus bảo cho dừng ở khu nào đẹp nhất PMH ý ). Mà đi đến đó đi từ khu này đến khu kia cũng khá xa, nếu muốn thăm tất cả thì đến đó rồi di chuyển = taxi. Nhưng cảm nhận của mình là cũng ko có jì mấy, hihi. Chỉ là xây dựng đồng bộ thôi, chứ ở trung tâm quận 1 vẫn thích hơn.

A lot of Chineses and Koreans in PMH, not many Vietnameses. It is like they build PMH for Chinese and Korean and I think it is like a China town or Korean town

How do you know? I'm living there. It's like more than 50% Viet , 30% Korean and the rest are expats. Vietnamese usually live in townhouses and villas while Koreans occupy condos. Ownership is 90% Viet though.

You should count northern government officials who own villas in PMH but don't live there
Chinese and Korean people just rent the houses for a short time, they are not the owners

Where did u stay?

PMH's residents are quite diversified. There are specific clusters full of Korean, some full of chinese, and there are places where westerners dwell.

PMH is like an international area of saigon, and that's what make it unique.

But 90% of the foreigners there are only renting the houses. Rich VNmeses people usually buy houses there but they are still living in the current center, thus they rent out their houses to other ppl.

Cũng do tại trục trặc trong khâu thi công tại toà nhà thứ 3 từ trái sang, nên tốn thêm thời gian để khắc phục.

Đừng có đánh đồng Phú Mỹ Hưng với mấy chỗ xa hoa của Hà Nội chớ ! Phú Mỹ Hưng từ hồi hoạt động tới giờ người Việt xếp hàng giành giật mà mua chứ ở đó mà not many Vietnamese . Tui thấy giá cả căn hộ Phú Mỹ Hưng hoàn toàn rất vừa túi tiền người TP . Nhất là những người trẻ bây giờ . Trong khi Hà Nội thì những khu đô thị mới toàn người nước ngoài . Tui cá là bạn chả bao giờ tới Phú Mỹ Hưng mà chỉ ngồi ở nhà phán đại thôi . Ở đây nhiều mem sống ở Phú Mỹ Hưng lắm à nha . Ăn nói cẩn thận kẻo người ta cười .
