THE MDC 100 Bldg occupies 3000sqm lot area and this is the 1st bldg of mercury drug

I thought it meant Mercury Drug Centre, but I believe this building will indeed be the HQ of Mercury Drug, in addition to whoever company wants to lease space in this building in the future.

Ah for a while i thought it was a megaworld project so di ko na pinanasin now I realize it's a new building pala talaga, kawawa naman, nice building pa naman and no one made a thread for it now heheh

Before those Parkview Towers were built, the tallest has been the 30 storey Cyber One. Parkview is only very slightly taller than Cyber One but I don't think it is the height of 33 office floors. So when MDC 100 is topped off, it maybe the tallest in the area. It also compliments the Eastwood development quite well, adding more office space in a predominantly high rise residential area so kudos to Mercury Drug for that!

its the lot in front of citibank building in eastwood city and formerly the site of whistlestop resto and was used as a parking lot.

so its between Autohaus BMW and the entrance to Eastwood? Good location and a nice design overall. Add this to eastwood and nuvo city, and the libis area is starting to have decent skyline.

Wait, isn't this lot part of the 1-hectare Felina Parkplace (where One Luna Lifestyle Center is) along Eastwood Ave. and E. Rod? Or is it just an adjacent lot?

mas worse yung view ng 3 bldgs .kasi megaworld plans to demolish the lot at the back of the mdc 100 to build another high rise structure ( currently abandoned ) .. malamang launch nila yun after nabenta na yung le grand 2 hehe

Is it me or do I see two holes and some rebars at the very back (just in front the Megaworld condos). So with the MDC site being dugged in the foreground, what is the one to the right? Is that also part of MDC?

And am I correct to assume that the abandoned high rise structure (the rebars sticking out) to be built, mentioned by ganzo, is the Megaworld project to be launched after LeGrande 2?
