It appears to be a South American Capibari (i can't explain why its teeth are wrong though)
![]() Now that we've established what it is, i think a more important question to ask is just why it's biting its own tongue off

well... now we now know why she's so upset, she's been forced to ride a retarded Capibari while everyone else gets to ride horses and not only that she is getting gawked at by some creepy old man

I like it Mukky, the crop works well, although I don't think the sepia is needed, the pink top draws your eyes to her, and then her expression makes you want to slap her. (I hope she's not reading this!).

A one off competition that will take the place of the regular UPC.

Took Toms advice and cropped the top off this, what do you reckon? Like I said on the photo thread, it does give more of a feeling that she's staring up to heaven (IMO). However my main complaint is it looses the standard photo shape, but if I crop the sides it it looses the feeling of space...

![]() I like it a lot (naturally ). The big version is wonderful, very dramatic. Looks like a scene from a graphic novel, somehow slightly two dimensional, which isn't a bad thing. The last tiny bit of advice would be to edit the very top of the shot so that it literally fades to black, as if she is looking up into the eternal void, to match her expression.. |

Yeah I was thinking that, but i'm lacking good image editing software on my new computer.
![]() I think i'm in agreement now though. Looks much better without the pillars! |

I'm quite looking forwards to this Un-urban photography competition. Is it literally anything that isn't urban? Or has it got to be landscapes etc...? And are we sticking with just things in the UK?
It's a shame we're only allowed two entries. I've got loads I want to submit

I will make a sticky thread for the upcoming un urban contest where all your questions will be answered. Also I may bend the rules to allow 3 entries per forumer.
