Yesterday I had................omelette and chips for a late breakfast in my favourite chippy; a banana, two oranges, some lovely prosecco at dinner time but I can't remember what food I had with it - oh yes, I forgot to eat so later on I had a small slice of blue cheese and two alpro soya yogurts. Also some carrot cake. Can't remember what else. I am a bit overweight. My diet is awful at the moment because my kitchen is not finished so I can't store food or prepare food or anything.

I've come back from a week-long trip to the US, where I gorged on fries and stuff, including those monster-sized Danish pastries they sell there for breakfast. So I'm actually a bit chubbier than usual. |

I hate croissants
They're just so... well... just rubbish! Although with chocolate in they're slightly better ![]() Yesterday: No brekky, a Ginsters for lunch, minestrone soup for dinner, grilled halloumi with tomato on (proper bread) toast drizzled with olive oil, a Duvel and a Carlsberg As you can tell, my supper was the best meal of the day

I'm 180 cm, 72 kg, and I eat like it's going out of fashion. I have three jacket potatoes in the oven at the moment, and am thinking of all the things I can have with them

That's more like it.
![]() I have next to no food left in the house, so it was just mackerel, broccoli and carrots. With a black cherry yoghurt to finish with.

From the sounds of it, I don't think either of you are eating enough. I reckon a good plate-sized meat pie would do you the world of good and then I wouldn't have to worry about the prospect of either of you dying in the near future. After much thought I've come to the conclusion that dying is bad*.
![]() (*But only for others. For me, of course, death would be a welcome release.)

if your footnote is meant to be serious, I'm more afraid of your health than mine ![]() as for my 'diet': I don't eat the same amount everyday... some days I don't feel like I need anything execpt a small snack... on other days I make feast (thats when I hunted down some prey )
