Looks like a glassy Grand Plaza redux. It still embodies the same developmental archetype, but at least it rids itself of Grand Plaza's most repugnant feature: the chintzy painted concrete.

I was a bit puzzled by the name onterie of another tower mentioned earlier ... now I see how someone could come up with a strange name like that ... ontario and erie

anyway, great to see this project getting approved.

Most likely dead. The developer basically traded the site for another smaller site a street or two south of this one.
