Possible final design.

The total project area is approximately 600,000 square meters. It is comprised of a super high rise building, a fortune mall and a fortune club house. The super high rise building will be a 303 meter high and will be the iconic landmark of Liuzhou downtown.
The essence of the design of the Fortune Mall is derived from the symbiotic relationship between social interaction and consumerism. The guiding principles behind the HOPSCA paradigm are used to help create and unite these spaces. In this design concept; hospitality, office, retail and residential spaces are infused within a park like and entertainment setting to create a design that is transitory, practical and holistic to help create an environment that enhances the human experience.

Liuzhou is one of city in Guangxi Province. Guiyang is the capital of Guizhou province which is the poorest provinces in China. *it might not be now but it was 3 yrs ago*

You're right, but I wonder if Shanxi province (way up north) is now poorer than Guizhou, given the fact that the neighboring provinces of Guizhou (Yunnan, Guangxi and Sichuan, to summerize) are really improving. Liuzhou is quite an example. A secondary city, between Nanning (Guangxi's provincial capital) and Guilin (big tourist hot spot), it reflects the booming developpment of southern provinces.

(Actually, if anyone has any info regarding Nanning's developpment, I'd like to know more. I haven't been there for a decade, and it must have changed a lot !)

I'm not sure whos the poorest now, might be Guizhou again ==". On Nanning, you can check the photos of nanning in here http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=85559

Development wise, you can check it in various China project threads. like these:
http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=565672
http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=400398

but you have to surf around x number of pages

Look at the picture from the 19th of January. It looks like they put a pile in. If they did, it should be listed as u/c.
