La is the second tv market in the US, so I can defenetly can see a relocation of a NFL team in the next 5 years., smaller market teams sometimes fail to meet the owners goals, I could see the Rams going back, even Al Davis could return to LA if no stadium in the oakland area passes. California has the most out of date NFL stadiums of the entire NFL, that is really incredible.,

Really don't like this design. Looks like a stadium that has been expanded several times. Not like a totally new stadium.

College football is huge here, and don't forget about the two baseball teams.

It's going to be one quite stadium, the Big House doesnt get that loud despite 115,000 people, and those are college kids. LA spectating is quiter then most places because a lot of the audience are some rich people that got their tickets from work.

I'm iffy about the location. Anything going east is a NO, the new trend is to bring people back into L.A., downtown etc.

How bout the proposed stadium in the old rail yard next to downtown?

The design? Not convincing,...let's see some more.

First of all, what is typical LA for you? You know nothing about LA so don't pretend that this is "typical LA."

You seem to have a problem with LA. What's that all about?

Not a problem with L.A.. I just don't want the NFL there.. IMO it's not a football city (with the exception of UCLA and USC)..

Have you been to L.A. before?

There's people here who are still die-hard Raiders fans even though they don't play for L.A. anymore... there's even Raiders stores in L.A. that are packed with people come football season. You'd be surprised.

We support what's there. What makes a football city for you? There are plenty of football fans here, they just watch whatever though.

Kenni, I think that the railyard that you're thinking of has been used for a park.

Yes! Someone else that agrees with me!

Personally I thought the Coliseum renovation idea had more class. Build a smaller stadia inside an existing one like Soldier Field. Apparently its located in an undesirable part of town and was deemed too expensive:

so they would rather dig away half a hill and build a half ass stadium design. I expected more from LA

This proposal is from the city of Industry, not the city of Los Angeles.

Also, Coliseum renovation seems the way to go. Just keep the historic parts the same and fix the dumpy parts. I think the picture shown before was the proposal for the Olympics, but that fell through when Chicago got the nomination. A better design could be made, but the area should have nothing to do with it. I mean USC is right there, so why not a professional football team?
