The formwork provider - Doka, recently updated their website. This should be the most accurate data about the tower:

Sky tower is a 257m high residential building, with 2 basements, 11 parking floor, 2 clubs, 2 transfers and 41 Residential/ Refuge/Service. Doka's SCP platform is adopted here to reduce the construction time by taking core construction out of the critical path.

So while the height hasn't changed (257m), the number of floors are actually: 11+2+2+41=56. Title changed from 65 floors to 56 floors.

CESC plugs into two hydel projects

I was worried that indiabulls might construct some sloppy thing adjacent and destroy the beauty of One Indiabulls Centre. But, this seems like a nice addition.

Me too!

Indiabulls Centre is one of my fav office buildings in Mumbai & was worried the design or view will get spoiled due to the new additions.

I really like this extention since it blends well with the current building.

The interiors of this buildings are mind blowing. Latest edition is the F Bar. Amazing. Mind blowing. The red marble in the lobby is such a fab.

Should change the title to HOLD considering for over a year there has been no progress.

I believe project is being redesigned to fit within new d c rules

Considering what happened incase of the 'Waterfront' project in colaba as reported in yesterday's mumbai mirror, I think the same fate will fall upon SKY. Most of the free of fsi areas approved in past as refuge areas/fire decks will have to be dropped by the builder and he will have to reduce the height by counting other free of fsi areas now in fsi, as was directed by court/mcgm incase of waterfront.

The SKY will now come closer to ground

Meanwhile, the poor buyers continue to wait with their hopes daily diminishing of the original deisgn being retained and with no feedback from Indiabulls since over a year and half..

not too sure about that dude...but certainly work is sluggish if there has been some noticeable rise in the floors. experts please advice!!
