Sweet. It's the Jupiter mills tower since the following article mentions 1 IB Centre:

Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust says that the residential units of One Indiabulls Centre will be put up for sale on Aug 23 under the brand name of “Indiabulls Sky”.

One Indiabulls Centre situated at 841 and 882 Balasheth Murudkar Marg in Mumbai, India, comprises a residential component of over 1.4 acres in land area.

Indiabulls Sky is expected to be a 65-storey building with managed private residences. Each unit residence will come with a large private terrace and a plunge pool overlooking the Arabian Sea.

It is close to Four Seasons Hotel, Mahalaxmi Course and the prestigious Willingdon Club.

65 should be the number of habitable floors. The tower itself will have 70+ floors.

IB launched the tower this past Thursday. The announcement is a first for developers who usually keep hush hush about their new developments. Hopefully this would make other developers to announce their projects as well.

Indiabulls launches high-rise residential project

Indiabulls Real Estate today announced the launch of Indiabulls Sky, South Mumbai's first residential high-rise with managed private residences.

These residences will be privately-owned and will be serviced by a dedicated butler, who will be on call round-the -clock to meet every resident's request.

"We are committed to making Indiabulls Sky a benchmark in high-end living. We are working really hard not only to create an international quality product but also an experience that will be hard to resist," Indiabulls Real Estate's Chief Executive Officer, Vipul Bansal, said.

Located at Lower Parel, Indiabulls Sky, has in its vicinity upscale boutiques, gourmet restaurants, five-star hotels, entertainment-centers, reputed schools, the Mahalaxmi Race course and Willingdon Club within the radius of two-to- three-kilometers, a company press release said.

The project promises attached private terraces almost as big as the residences. The available options are lavish 3 BHKs, duplexes or penthouses on the highest floors. Every residence has tastefully designed interiors and the finest amenities, the release said.

Really love the tower on the right. Very contemporary with clean crisp lines. The one on the left looks just plain nasty. Like a half eaten corn-on-the-cob. Wonder what the associate at the architects firm was smoking when he came up with this. Am sure the IB folks were also smoking the same thing when they approved that design. Wonder how large the footprint of that central stalk is though. That is a clever engineering touch.

65-STOREY INDIABULLS SKY

There was a scurry among builders to own and construct multi-storeyed buildings at the Girangaon textile mills area around two years ago. One of them, Indiabulls Real Estate, the third largest builder in India, has announced its plans to launch Indiabulls Sky, a 65-storeyed service apartment project at Jupiter Mills, a defunct national textile corporation mill at Girangaon. This is despite the fact that Oberoi Skyz, another 65-storeyed luxury residential project in the same area by the Oberoi Constructions had failed to take off.

Indiabulls had bought the land around three years ago. The company says it would be South Mumbai’s first residential high-rise with managed private residences. Vipul Bansal, CEO, Indiabulls Real Estate, said that the building will boast of private terraces and will have luxurious 3BHKs, duplexes or penthouses on the highest floors.

This report again mentions that the tower will have only 65 floors, I hope that IU is right about this being the figure for only the habitable floors and not that the iconic tower has been cut short.
