It's good to see the ads clearly saying 65 floors - after the disappointment with the Elphinstone Mills tower it's nice to see this one going through..

Can't wait for the construction updates to start flowing in!!

The tall tower on the right is another office building by India Bulls. The slanting one is a hotel but has been cancelled. Instead they will have an L shaped residence building between the three office buildings.

The orange roundish building in the master plan with Residences written on it is SKY.

The only negative in my opinion is that the building has almost no open space. The plot of the building is just a little larger than the building itself and hence all of the ameneties have to be within the building.

I can only see an orange round building with residences written on it. And it appears to be the tallest building in the renders shown above.

A grocery store in a residential building? That's the first time I have heard of such bizarre thing. This building doesn't look 75 floors at all.

Actually this is getting to be more and more of a common concept in Bombay now a days. A lot of newer buildings have a convenience store and/or a cafe in the building complex. When you can have a mini-theatre, multi purpose halls, etc. why not a convenience/grocery store.

The building will be ~ 65 floors in all including the ~ 20 floors that will house the parking, gym, pool, etc.

I am not against such "ideas and concepts", but things are getting weirder.

Its becoming pretty common in the UK as well, and they honestly are the most convenient shops ever!

Not exactly blown away by the design, but it'll look great from the BWSL exit as seen in the ad!

I knew it all along that it was unlikely to be 75. If the render says 65 then we better take the word of the bulder and believe it to be 65. I mean in a city where height is the USP why would anyone scale down the actual number of floors in the advertisement. Time we change the title to 65fl from 75!!!

The add shows it to be taller than TV Tower. Is this the case? How tall is the expected height?
