Morgan Stanley recently published their evaluation of IB Real Estate's stock performance on July 1. The report carried site images of the sky towers from mid April. Image forwarded by a buddy of mine -

The underground sections are done i guess, they are working on ground floor now

I dont like the way India One Bulls Centre is blocked from view by Sky Forest.

I guess they had no choice a the plot of land is quiet small. But soon most of Mumbai's buildings will be hidden behind new large buildings.

Its a huge Mills Land. Earlier IndiaBulls had planned to make a Hotel and a Phoenix Mills like open Mall and keep the center part open, but due to the recession and diping rent rate and increasing residential demand, they had no option but to cover the One Indiabulls Center. They don't care of blocking anything. Its all about growth and money.

This is the site for Sky not Sky suites, the building in the background is the IB financial structure. All the 3 IB residential projects are at ground floor level except for sky which has reached 1st level or so.
