After being ignored by sky forest and IB India one centre, this one is all set to move upwards, cranes by Potain are being assembled(everything in yellow)

Guys - any clue as to what will be the final height of this project?
I checked the website - in the obscure flash intro - they stopped at 748 feet = 227 m.

So guessing this isn't a supertall?

The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has pulled the plug on the gleaming glass and steel highrises being built in Lower Parel’s Elphinstone Mills on the grounds that environmental clearance was not obtained for the project.

The MPCB issued a stop-work notice to Indiabulls Real Estate Limited’s project on June 17. As per the Consent to Establish issued by MPCB to the project, the developer was required to start work only after obtaining an environmental clearance from the state environmental department.

The notice states that since the developer has carried out the project in violation of the rules, he will have to stop construction immediately or face legal action. Indiabulls Real Estate Limited has also been made to forfeit the Rs 10 lakh bank guarantee it placed before the MPCB while procuring the Consent to Establish.

The project is among 12 others that were served a showcause notice by MPCB last November for not having obtained the mandatory environmental clearance. All these buildings used the extra FSI available for constructions that generate public parking.

Waqf Board - India Tower
DGCA - World One, Wadala Iconic Tower
Pollution Control : Indiabulls Sky

Lets just demolish all high rise and build slums over it!! That'll keep these medieval geriatrics happy!!!

you mean to let developers building supertalls free w/o getting environmental clearances? for a kick ass skyline?? i hope that's not wat you meant... but i don't know where these environmentalists or concerned authorities go when pple are building slums... this is all for receiving grants or cuts...
