IMO this is one of the fastest rising skycrapers in Mumbai....They certainly took a long time to start construction after the launching the project, but the actual site progress after the ground breaking seems to be superfast

My sister checked out the price and flat at Bellissimo (not that she could afford it ) but she said it was in the 40,000 sq foot range.

She also said that the sq.foot price varies based on the "fittings
" in the flat. So some flats have far more expensive marble, granite, cabinets etc.

Also, you have to have a statement of your assets before you can even view a flat there :-)

From Kapadia associates' website, here's a render showing the detail of the facade:

...and here's a description of the tower's design:

The design intent has been to create a resort - like atmosphere with a large potion of the land being used for recreational purposes. The undulating tower is narrow and lined in plan with only two apartments per lift and a staircase core. All apartments have a sea view towards the west and view of recreational garden to the east. Every floor lobby looks out into a sky garden. The sky gardens make a verdant vertical statement by bringing nature to the doorstep of all apartments. Sky gardens are provided at every fourth floor throughout the building.

Architecturally the building is distinctive with its sky gardens and curvilinear form capped with a powerful roof element in the form of a wave. Both the curvilinear form and the roof have been inspired by the sea, which is an integral part of the city. The building seeks to make a definitive statement to the city's skyline.
