Na that doesn't sound reasonable at all.. Evenwith the view blocked, the rates in that building cant be 20k ?? Rates in andheri west are more than that in a decent building! It should be at about 30 k

yeah, apparently not reasonable. But still true. I called them up to ask their broker for the rates. tried to negotiate with him and he said finally 6.5 crores (but i think mnegotiable). But still it sounds dam cheap. But the flats aren't uber luxury. It's just the luxury segment flats. nothing like world one, PR, Minerva, Osais, etc.

Yup exactly as Id expected- 6.5 cr makes it around 30k. Apparently they range from around 29k- 35k on resale in Bellisimo depending on wing, floor etc etc. Its still a really good deal I think! Thats cheaper than an apartment in one of the by lanes of bandra or Juhu even ( which have no view atall either but the neighbour).. so good deal!

yeah but 6.5 is negotiable. Sounds a good deal to me. I would buy here than anywhere else for 6 crore with all the facilities in the building and a great view for another 2 years atleast (considering that Minerva is soo-sooo slow)
