it is sea facing. just not this side

every tall building in south bombay faces the sea, the island is pretty narrow

Like that pic above. Anything over 40 floors in South Mumbai can be seen from miles away. Just look at that pic. You can see the Spring Mills tower which is on the other side of the Island.

Lodha Bellissimo

What is so great about a building that is just tall and not much more.
From the photos it looks more like a commercial building where there may be a trade fair rather than a home to live in.

I am sure that the sea view is great.

But Italian marble, and wood on the sun decks?? How many Indians use sun decks?

And what is the current price per sq ft?? I heard it was around 14000.??

Its because Mumbai needs alot of buildings like these, if I had a sun deck I would use it.

Sun decks will be pleasant to experience in the cooler evenings with a cup of tea?

Nothing wrong with abit of luxury like Italian marble as it is a premium development.
