I have seen the project pictures of the new Sadarak Trade Center. It is very modern and cool building in the pictures. Unfortunately, from this construction picture i see no similarity to what i have seen in the project pictures I hope it is just the beginning for the mega project of the new mall.

The Full Moon Rising is absolutely stunning. Baku is rising fast. Hopefully it can diversify off oil and into finances because that area needs a financial center.

It’s not a very good photograph. The project is actually quite impressive in real life! They are also expanding the highway from two to four lanes from the new mosque to this market.

I know about the expanding of the road and the construction of the tonnel next to the mall. Let's see it after they finish the erection.

Can i ask you to make new photos from the construction area of Flame Towers?

I found this website today. It has useful information about Baku constructions. There is also a satellite map which shows the locations.

The site hordings show a collection of low rise buildings with the tower in the background. It isn't a very big site - I'm not sure how they are going to fit all these buildings on there.

There is a big hole on the construction site of this project. I can't imagine so many buildings at the same time, because the territory is quiet small. Bu the hole is very deep, i think the tower is for 100%

Baku will become a second Dubai very soon Inshallah. But with numbers of natural factors like topography of the city itself Baku promises to be even more fun. Not that I don't like Dubai I have a appartment there.

Hi there,
I have just joined the site and read your info on construction projects in Baku.
My company is just opening an office in Baku to supply office furniture/interiors.
I am visiting Baku at the end of the month and wondered if you could suggest any contacts I should meet or contact to gain some information regarding new offices in Baku

Thanks

Muasir Azerbaijan Yasayis Complex

Some photos of the hoardings of the Muasir Azerbaijan Yasayis Complex (I don’t know what that translates to). This is being constructed close to the Narimanov Monument on the hill.
