JERSEY CITY | 2 Second Street | 456 ft | 41 fl | U/C

Construction began on this project over the winter; it currently stands at 3 stories, with the fourth floor under construction. When completed, it will be Jersey City's 4th tallest residential tower (for a short period of time):

Developer: Fischer Development Associates, LLC
Height: 456 ft.
Building Type: Residential
Size: 389,274 gross sf (7,000 sf retail space + parking for ~270 cars + 269 residential units).

This building is another great addition to Jersey City. I remember Jersey City's depth of despair from the late 60's and 70's so I can see how remarkable the city's turnaround has been.
