That's actually the old design of the Shang BGC project which reminds me much like that of the Trion project. Similar triax type foortprint/concept that is. Looks good but I prefer the new look Shang BGC design better which they are building now. It integrates better and fits rather well with the mall component of the Shang development.

i was just wondering, i didnt know that they have actually started digging for the old plan & then completely changed it while it was already in progress

Some hinted the works were delayed because of the global economic meltdown in 2007-2009. Some said it's just a change of plan since the developer is overflowing with money. Although, part of the money for this project has been loaned.

i've just noticed this but looks like there will be a huge LED billboard(??) on the side of the building facing the linear park and One BHS.

I hope it's a real LED thing but I don't think that area has high pedestrian activity, sayang lang. Dapat they put LED instead on Insular Life at the corner of Ayala and Paseo de Roxas in Makati.
