Actually people living in areas in between the stretch won't be using this flyway......lemme explain.....this stretch is very similar to the DGE....it is an elevated cum at grade flyover......like for the direct moving traffic there is flyway and for the local traffic in b/w the stretch there is the already present at grade Mathura Road......for eg. if some one has to go from Jaitpur Village to Mohan Estate on NH - 2 ...then he need not take this flyway as firstly there is no access ramp nd secondly he doesn't even need to as he will be using the road at grade.........this flyway is meant for direct point to point connectivity b/w Sarai Khwaja in Fbd, NTPC colony in Delhi and the MB Road starting point just uptill the Tughlakabad Railway Under Bridge....so if I apply P & C then there are 6 possible ways of using this flyway b/w the above mentioned 3 major junctions.....


The expected toll is same as DGE .....Rs 20 per car per direction........

nd regarding the Faridabadis' prayers being heard....it is far from being answered.....as this is the development on the highway only ...the actual townships of Faridabad, the inner city roads , the drainage are in a state of misery....it seems as if u have entered a war zone near to the border......not a single road is left without potholes nd dust nd stones nd concrete.......waterlogged completely.......certainly its the consequences of all evil deeds of Chautala (son of a Bi***) who only favoured development of Gurgaon 10 - 15 years back when he was in power and vent his ire on Faridabad for not casting its votes to him..........no doubt Faridabad is the worst city in NCR in terms of road and drainage infrastructure now..........I am not at all jealous of Gurgaon's global attractiveness nd its international standards , rather proud of it as after all its my homeland Haryana but I just feel sad that my hometown Fbd could not even get basic smooth roads...thanxx to corrupt politicians like Avtaar Singh Bhadana

When will the govt. and authorities start respecting the basic rights and needs of its own population...This is the real difference between being a developed country or as those bloody Politicians love to remain a 3rd world...

Would u give a shot at politics then and become Faridabad's Mayor or something..and Fix everything?

wow thanx man for understanding me nd showing so much confidence in me....there's no doubt that Faridabad is the First nd Foremost suburb of Delhi and a place which was once a jewel of NCR is nothing more than Black coal (but u see there is still unlimited potential hidden in the soils of Faridabad thats y I said it is black coal just needs to be polished nd refurbished and rennovated to be transformed into a diamond but the utter neglect of politicians is dampener in the spirits)




and yeah man I do wanna fix everything wrong in the field of infrastructure not only in my Hometown Faridabad but the whole India.....but not by becoming a politician or a mayor but I am on mah way to become a capable Civil Engineer....I damn interested in this field ...........India really needs quality technicians in the infra field - there's an accute shortage of skilled man power nd innovation.......I really feel sad that Indians are totally dumbos when it comes to innovation and creating something which is uniquely there own............this is evident we dunn have any skyscrapers in India...we still follow the age old European practice of horozontally expanding our cities and not going vertical to reduce the pressure on the land.......our aviation laws still dunn permit the construction of a second airport within 150 Km of an existing international airport......whereas in U.S. we have international airports as close as 30-40 Kms..........really hope that Indian building byelaws wud see some transformation soon

The tender has been given to Reliance Infrastructure......and most probably work should start in October after Commonwealth Games.......and once started the work would finish by late 2013 (tentative)....but u see this is India...nothing takes off smoothly and finishes without delays....lets see whats in store 4 us and if the project goes on as planned

Tuesday morning when the Faridabad-Badarpur stretch of the elevated road under construction will be opened for traffic. Though, it's not yet clear when the other carriageway will be made operational.

A spokesperson of Hindustan Construction Company (HCC), the private concessionaire of the 4.4-km elevated road project, said one carriageway will be opened around 6am. "After due safety checks, the independent consultant has permitted diversion of traffic on Faridabad- Delhi carriageway. Finishing works and safety checks for the other carriageway are underway,'' an email reply from HCC said.

एनसीआर से जुड़े तीन शहरों को जोड़ने वाले ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट गाजियाबाद, नोेएडा और फरीदाबाद हाइ
वे (एफएनजी एक्सप्रेस-वे) प्रोजेक्ट के अधिकारियों ने दावा किया है कि इसके निर्माण में आ रही बाधाएं दूर हो गई हैं। उनका कहना है कि शीघ्र इस प्रोजेक्ट पर काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। अधिकारियों का दावा है कि डेढ़ साल में इसे पूरा कर दिया जाएगा। प्रोजेक्ट पर 2650 करोड़ रुपये के बजट के व्यय का अनुमान है। इसमें किसानों को दी जाने वाली मुआवजा राशि भी शामिल है।
हरियाणा ऐडमिनिस्टे्रटिव रिफॉर्म कमिशन के पूर्व चेयरमैन करण सिंह दलाल के अनुसार इस प्रोजेक्ट में 56 किलोमीटर हाइवे का निर्माण होना है। इसमें 24 किलोमीटर यू.पी. क्षेत्र में और बाकी हरियाणा में है। इसके निर्माण में अनसुलझे रहे ज्यादातर मुद्दों पर दोनों राज्यों के अधिकारियों के बीच सहमति बन चुकी है। बैठकों का दौर खत्म होने को है। जल्द ही इसका निर्माण शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। यह प्रोजेक्ट हाइवे एनएच-2 और एनएच-24 के साथ-साथ कुंडली मानेसर लिंक एक्सप्रेस हाइवे को भी जोडे़गा। इसके लिए ले आउट प्लान व अन्य सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी कर ली गई हैं। प्रोजेक्ट के तहत यमुना पर भी पुल का निर्माण कराया जाएगा। इसका काम भी शीघ्र शुरू हो जाएगा। इस एक्सप्रेस वे से फरीदाबाद के नहरपार इलाके, ग्रेटर नोएडा और गाजियाबाद के क्षेत्रों में विकास के नए अध्याय की शुरुआत होगी। फरीदाबाद में लालपुर विलेज के पास यह एनएच-2 से मिलेगा। इसके दोनों तरफ न्यू टाउनशिप विकसित होगी, जिसके लिए बिल्डरों ने पहले से काफी जमीनें खरीदी हुई हैं। स्टेट गवर्नमेंट भी इस के दोनों तरफ रेजिडेंशल और कमर्शल सेक्टर विकसित करेंगी।
यह ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट वर्ष 1993 से अधर में लटका हुआ है। वर्ष 1994 में उत्तर प्रदेश व हरियाणा गवर्नमेंट के अधिकारियों के बीच इसे लेकर फाइनल बातचीत हुई थी। तब इसके निर्माण के लिए सहमति बन गई थी, परंतु काम शुरू नहीं हो पाया। शुरू में इस प्रोजेक्ट पर 791 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होने का अनुमान था। अब यह बढ़कर करीब 2650 करोड़ रुपये हो गया है। इसके निर्माण से जहां तीनों शहरों के बीच कनेक्टिविटी बढे़गी, वहीं तीनों शहरों के लोग एक दूसरे के इलाकों में सर्विस व बिजनेस आसानी से कर सकेंगे। इस प्रोजेक्ट से इलाके में मंदे पड़े प्रोपर्टी मार्केट में भी बूम आने की संभावनाएं बलवती होने लगी हैं। करण सिंह दलाल का कहना है कि इस ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट के निर्माण के बाद हरियाणा के हजारों युवाओं को प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रोजगार के नए अवसर मिलेेंगे।
हरियाणा पीडब्ल्यूडी बीएंडआर के फाइनेंस कमिश्नर सुदीप सिंह ढिल्लो ने बताया कि हाल ही में इसे लेकर दिल्ली व उत्तर प्रदेश के अधिकारियों के बीच मीटिंग हुई थी। इसमें इसका निर्माण तेजी से किए जाने पर सहमति बनी है। इसका निर्माण एनएचएआई करेगी और इसके लिए एनएचएआई ने नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है।

EPE will not pass through Noida and Faridabad. It will pass through Greater Noida and Palwal. FNG seems to be more inner connection, while EPE is more outer connection.

नेशनल हाइवे नंबर-दो को फोर लेन से सिक्स लेन करने की योजना पर काम शुरू कर दिया गया है। कुछ दिन पहले ही जमीन अधिग्रहण के लिए लोगों से आपत्तियां मांगी गई थीं। यह काम पूरा कर लिया गया है। बिजली की हाइटेंशन लाइनें इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए अड़चनें पैदा न करें। इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए इन लाइनों को शिफ्ट करने की तैयारी शुरू कर दी गई है। एनएचएआई ने एचवीपीएन को पत्र लिखकर सर्वे के लिए कहा है। एचवीपीएन के कार्यकारी अभियंता एमएल गर्ग ने बताया कि सर्वे का काम जल्द ही शुरू किया जा रहा है। बदरपुर बॉर्डर से लेकर बल्लभगढ़ तक का सर्वे करने के लिए एनएचएआई ने कहा है। करीब दो माह में सर्वे कर काम पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।

बदरपुर से आगरा तक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नंबर दो को चार से छह लेन में तबदील करने का काम अभी तक शुरू नहीं हो पाया है। भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) ने छह माह पहले रिलायंस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को यह काम सौंपा था। ऐसे में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग दो से गुजरने वाले लोगों को अब भी भारी जाम का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

रिलायंस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कंपनी को ठेका दिए जाने के समय अधिकारियों का दावा था कि ठेका मिलने के तीन महीने के बाद इसका कार्य शुरू कर दिया जाएगा लेकिन अब तक ऐसा नहीं हुआ है। अधिकारियों का यह भी कहना था कि योजना बड़ी होने के कारण फरीदाबाद से लेकर आगरा तक करीब छह टीमें बनाई जाएंगी, जिन्हें अलग अलग क्षेत्र दिया जाएगा। इससे फरीदाबाद से लेकर आगरा तक सभी इलाकों में साथ साथ काम चलता रहेगा। अधिकारियों की टीमें तो बंट गई लेकिन कार्य अब तक शुरू नहीं हुआ। हालांकि एनएचएआई के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि निर्माण कार्य शुरू करने की तैयारियां अंतिम चरण में है। किसी भी समय बदरपुर से निर्माण कार्य शुरू किया जा सकता है।

बता दें कि इस योजना के अंतर्गत मथुरा रोड स्थित क्राउन इंटीरियर माल से लेकर आगरा के सिकंदरा राव तक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग दो को चार से छह लेन का किया जाना है। फिलहाल राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के एक लेन की चौड़ाई करीब 8.5 मीटर है जो चौड़ा होने के बाद करीब 13 मीटर हो जाएगी। इसके अलावा इस योजना के अंतर्गत फरीदाबाद में सात मुख्य चौराहों पर फ्लाईओवर बनाए जाएंगे। आगरा तक करीब 25 फ्लाईओवर, वाहनों के लिए 32 अंडरपास व पैदल यात्रियों के 61 अंडरपास भी बनाए जाने की योजना है।

बता दें कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग दो को छह लेन करने की परियोजना के तहत फरीदाबाद जिले में कुल 6 फ्लाईओवरों का निर्माण किया जाना है। एनएचपीसी चौक, बड़खल चौक, ओल्ड फरीदाबाद, अजरौंदा चौक, बाटा चौक और बल्लभगढ़ में इनका निर्माण किया जाएगा। फ्लाईओवरों के पिलरों की क्षमता जानने के लिए मिट्टी परीक्षण का कार्य किया जा रहा है। मिट्टी के नमूने एकत्रित करने के बाद इन्हें जांच के लिए दिल्ली की एक प्रयोगशाला में भेजा जाएगा।

करीब 179.50 किलोमीटर तक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग दो को चार लेन से छह लेन का किया जाना है। रिलायंस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कंपनी बीओटी के आधार पर इसे तैयार करेगी। इस पूरी योजना पर 2157.70 करोड़ खर्च किए जाएंगे। इस योजना के पूरा होने के बाद वाहन 100 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से चल सकेंगे। योजना में 17 फ्लाईओवर, 32 अंडरपास वाहनों के लिए, 61 अंडरपास पैदल यात्रियों के लिए बनाए जाएंगे। इसके अंतर्गत करीब 280 हेक्टेयर भूमि अधिग्रहीत की जाएगी। एनएचएआई के अधिकारियों को उम्मीद है हरियाणा सरकार जल्द भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए मुआवजे की राशि घोषित करेगी। इसके बाद जमीन का कब्जा लेना शुरू किया जाएगा। मिट्टी परीक्षण का कार्य कर रही कंपनी बालाजी कंसलटेंट के सुपरवाइजर नारायण प्रसाद ने बताया कि अब तक विभिन्न स्थानों से करीब 10 नमूने एकत्रित किए जा चुके हैं। फिलहाल बड़खल, अजरौंदा और पलवल के पास मिट्टी परीक्षण का कार्य चल रहा है।

फरीदाबाद। नेशनल हाइवे की खूबसूरती को बिजली की हाईटेंशन लाइनों का जाल नहीं बिगाड़ सकेगा। हाइवे को सिक्स लेन करने की योजना के तहत हाईटेंशन लाइनों को अंडरग्राउंड करने का प्रस्ताव पास हो गया है। हरियाणा विद्युत प्रसारण निगम (एचवीपीएन) द्वारा तैयार प्रस्ताव को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) ने मंजूरी दे दी है। साढ़े छह किलोमीटर लंबी अंडरग्राउंड लाइन बिछाने पर करीब २५ करोड़ रुपये खर्च होने का अनुमान है।
नेशनल हाइवे सिक्स लेन योजना के तहत हाईटेंशन लाइनों को शिफ्ट करने के लिए सर्वे पिछले माह ही पूरा हो गया था। एचवीपीएन ने सर्वे रिपोर्ट के आधार पर एपू्रवल प्लान तैयार कर एनएचएआई को सौंपा था। पहले केवल लाइन की जगह बदलने की योजना थी, लेकिन अधिकारियों के बीच मंथन के बाद तय किया गया कि हाइवे की सुंदरता के लिए हाईटेंशन लाइन ऊपर से नहीं, बल्कि जमीन के अंदर से डाली जाएगी। बदपुर बॉर्डर से लेकर बल्लभगढ़ तक करीब साढ़े छह किलोमीटर लाइन को अंडरग्राउंड करने पर खर्च राशि एनएचएआई को देनी होगी।
एचवीपीएन अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, हाइवे पर कुल सात लाइनों को अंडरग्राउंड किया जाना है। इसके लिए तैयार प्रस्ताव के मुताबिक सिक्सलेन हाइवे की साइड में सीमेंटेड नाली तैयार की जाएगी। इसमें ६६ केवी लाइनों को बिछाया जाएगा। यहां से हाईटेंशन लाइनों को टावरों से लिंक देना होगा। वहां सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से ६६ केवी इंसुलेटेड केबल का प्रयोग किया जाएगा। केबल काटने पर ही दुर्घटना की संभावना होगी। हाथ लगाने पर किसी तरह का जोखिम नहीं होगा।

‘एचवीपीएन के प्लान को मंजूरी मिल गई है। बजट मिलते ही अंडरग्राउंड लाइन डालने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। करीब छह माह में इस काम को पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।’

not entirely true ... just that this thread is not very popular...faridabad's updates have been posted in other NCR threads ...
