Paragon Plaza, Sector-50. I'm guessing this is the same company who made "paragon chappal" , if so - quite an advancement.

Newly constructed Fortis Hospital in Sector - 29 Gurgaon , opposite HUDA city center metro station. Will try and get better and closer snaps soon.

Site for the first section of Appu ghar (Amusement Park) in gurgaon. The heavy machinery has now started rolling in and area prepped for construction proper.

Like the houses coming up by the Corporate Park. Just a quick question for my information for those who are in the construction know-how. May be this is a very specific question, but looking at the houses by the Corporate Park, they stand out because of the triangular roofs compared to flat terraces. Does anyone know if the clay-shingles are still being used for these or have some of the builders adopted the shingles that are being used in other countries?

 गुड़गांव .भारत के सबसे बड़ा पेट्रोकेमिकल टेक्नोलॉजी सेंटर का मंगलवार को गुड़गांव में केंद्रीय पेट्रोलियम मंत्री जयपाल रेड्डी ने उद्घाटन किया। करीब 34 मिलियन डॉलर की लागत से अमेरिका मूल की हनीवैल कंपनी ने सेक्टर-37 में दो हजार हजार वर्ग मीटर में स्थापित किया है। पेट्रोलियम मंत्री जयपाल रेड्डी ने कहा कि हनीवैल ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में पहला सेंटर स्थापित किया है। यह कंपनी 90 वर्षो से भारत में काम कर रही है। प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह ने 98वें वार्षिक साइंस सम्मेलन में कहा था कि भारत में शोध और विकास के क्षेत्र में काफी निवेश हो रहा है। कहा कि पिछले एक दशक से रिफाइनरी क्षेत्र में खामोश क्रांति चल रही है। 1988 में भारत की रिफाइनिंग कैपेसिटी 97 मिलियन टन थी जो अब बढ़कर 186 मिलियन टन प्रतिवर्ष हो गई है। एक साल के भीतर भटिंडा और पारादीप में नई रिफाइनरी यूनिटों की शुरुआत हो जाएगी। वर्ष 2013 के अंत तक 240 मिलियन टन तक की रिफाइनिंग क्षमता पर पहुंच जाएगा। यह भी बताया कि 2103 के अंत तक भारत में शैल गैस के लिए लाइसेंस प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी। इसी तरह कोल बैड मीथेन के लिए लाइसेंस के लिए चार दौर की प्रक्रिया के बाद वेस्ट बंगाल के रानीगंज में व्यावसायिक उत्पादन शुरू हो गया है। सीईओ राजीव गौतम ने बताया कि भारत में यह उनका चौथा टेक्नोलॉजी सेंटर है। बंगलूरू, मदुरै और हैदराबाद में पहले से ही सेंटर चल रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया शिकागो के बाद यह अब तक का सबसे बड़ा और अति आधुनिक क्षमता से युक्त टेक्नोलॉजी सेंटर है। उन्होंने कहा कि हम बॉयो फ्यूल की दिशा में जल्द ही नई टेक्नोलॉजी की शुरुआत कर सकते हैं। इस अवसर पर कंपनी के कई बड़े अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
