In general basic rates are 3,500 - 4,500 plus PLC, Floor rise charges, garage charges etc.

After completing some towers, they are constructing fresh new towers adjacent to the old one. Don't know what they are building there. Seems it was not in their plan before.

A total of 11 towers were in the plan. 9 has been built so far, those are the last 2 of 17fl each. Also the retail block is being constructed alongside it.

I think work on Retail block has not started yet.
But the remaining 2 towers was supposed to be built with the already finished 9 towers.Because they are handing over the flats, nobody want to move in a construction site. If they hold the hand over schdule, then the already made towers will gather dust.
