After my 3 years of active SSC member and two more years before being the member..
Today I came across something called as subscriptions..
Can anybody elaborate on it help me in using it in right way

You add the thread you are interested in getting updates by going to to thread tools just above the first post on the thread you are viewing > then you click subscribe to thread and follow the steps. If you do not need any email notifications then you select no email notifications and you subscribe it.

Once you do this for many of the threads that you want, go to Quick links, view all subscribed threads, and you bookmark the page because it is easy to keep track of the threads that you are interesting in getting updates from.

I have it for about 60 threads that I am subscribed to which is convenient and easy feature. Like it.

no need of going to quick links and then subscriptions and bookmark. There is User CP link on top left which is single click which shows only unread threads

That you can but just in case if you want to view older threads you don't have to go to Quick Links everytime and click view all subscribed threads.

Of late , when i log on .....i notice that there's a lot of " my city vs your city" ......agreed there should be healthy competition among cities.... but definitely not the kind that is going on in the forums.......this kind of talk is not productive to say the least....i ask the mods to be a bit more strict on this aspect and nip it at the buds rather than allow a spark to turn into a raging pile of meaningless bull.... !!

Is the website facing some problems? I could not see the updates in my subscribed threads and when I refresh the User CP, I get the same (like a cached page). I tried refreshing and logging using other browsers too. But I was able to face the same

Hoping to get it corrected.

Ssc app is also not working correctly. Not sure why.
