Sofia is beautiful, I love all the colorful buildings. I love the architecture of the older buildings too, and the fact that a lot of the facades of these buildings have been restored is a big plus. I imagine that this is what Skopje might have looked like if it wasn't for the earthquake in 1963 that pretty muched destroyed all of the city and with it its beautiful old architecture.
