Shooting up. This will be a very slender tower.

Almost forgot what a nice looking tower it is.

^ Yes, this is a very underrated tower imho. If they use quality cladding (and I belive they will), this will look very sleek.

Scroll up, there's plenty of cladding on the tower already to judge.

Yes. IMO it looks decent but not spectacular.

...Much more than decent!..Midtown east is very classy and does not have to be spectacular;Sir Foster is the very good choice as Park Av is for NY what Mayfair is for London:a smooth and cozy heaven intended for an old money elite which considers that "spectacular" rhymes with "vulgar".

Pretty decent considering that early renders showed a bland box with sheer curtainwalls. The wavy texture takes it a notch above.

Sorry if this has already been answer, by why the name change? I thought having an 'x avenue' address was always more desirable than an 'x street' address

This is going like a rocket. I wonder if it's already visible from Queens, it could be looking between Citigroup and 599 Lexington Ave.

Personally, I've seen this building's cranes from Brooklyn. They're just starting to peek out.

Nice, so soon the top part should be visible from there too.

Skylimitone... always love your regular updates!

but what's with the grainy quality to your photos as of late. They used to be much more crisp.

Anyway cheers, great update, nonetheless
